Hi there! I’m Mnthali and I'm excited to help you on your journey. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The University of Auckland and, with over 10 years of clinical experience, I use evidence-based psychological techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-strategies to take a compassionate approach to weight care. At rfynd, I combine psychological principles with practical strategies to create personalised, sustainable plans that empower clients to achieve their health goals. My holistic approach focuses on lasting lifestyle changes for overall well-being. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, reading and cooking, and getting out and about with my young family. This keeps me balanced and on track.
